When you connect a computer to a website, it actually is connecting to several "routers" in between. And those routers are not always working correctly. Every ISP in every state takes a different "route" through a different bunch of routers to each website. So you can have problems connecting to a particular website and nobody else does. There is nothing wrong with your computer, or our server, but there is something wrong in between.

We recently had a similar problem at our office and there was very little we could do about it except wait (we tried hard to get the ISP to do something about it and got nowhere). Sooner or later the ISPs fix the router, often in a few days.

Sorry we don't have a better fix.
