Deluxe 22watts, 1 12" speaker
Twin 85watts, 2 12" speakers
Super 40watts, 4 10" speakers

These are the 3 Vintage reissues from Fender. Consensus is that the Super comes closest to nailing that old blackface tone. I've tried the reissue Super and I use a reissue Twin regularly. The Super sounded real good, the Twin sounds good but not as good as an old siver or black face. Bardsley nails the essential sonic differences between the three.

Don't dismiss buying an old silverface or blackface Deluxe, Twin or Super. Warranties aside, the old amps are only going to appeciate in value, as opposed to the reissues, whose value drops as soon as you walk out the door with it. You should be able to find a silverface Twin or Deluxe (possibly a Super) in the price range you're looking at. The silverface Deluxe you mentioned would be a better buy (IMHO) than a new reissue.
