Actually, great you asked. Today I got my guitar back, my uncle who is a musician fixed the problem The action was too high he agreeed with me and all of you. The problem was in the neck. He had to straighten it, something was off there, and he changed the strings for me and voila! The action is perfect for me, and i am so happy to have those Elixir strings off for good. He did not like them either., oh and he carefully examined everything and down the neck on each string at every fret, on the 13th fret the strings were 'krinkled' So i'm happy it's all in good working order, but very disappointed in Long and McQuadde here where i live., but all is good, thank you all for your help!
