Hello,

I've noticed that in chapters 6 and 7 of GF1 a lot of the videos seem to freeze and/or take ages to load and require a lot of refreshing to work. It doesn't seem to matter what playback quality I select, and my wifi is at full strength and other sites, including streaming sites seem to work fine.

Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to improve this? Letting a frozen or loading video sit for a while to "fully load" doesn't seem to do anything unlike on other video based sites. I'm enjoying this program, but the videos have gotten progressively more difficult to watch through and practicing along with them is difficult when they're stilted in this manner.

any thoughts or assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Shilo,

[br]Sorry to hear you're having some problems with the video. I am not experiencing issues on my end when I go through GF1.

Hope you can try some of these troubleshooting tips:

- Restart your computer

- Try a different browser

- Disconnect from WiFi then connect again

If you are still having issues, please send us a message at admin@guitartricks.com.

Best,

Camille

This happens to me, too. All the time. I assumed it was my internet connection, but maybe not. ? There are definitely times when I give up trying to watch a lesson because the video won't play.

Hi,

I would say that I experience this sometimes as well. It's a hindrance when following courses. It happened for some videos in GF1 and GF2...

In my case, I notice that it occurs when I switch from normal view to full screen mode

I have the same trouble and I can go to a you tube video and it starts to play right away, is it possible too many people are trying to watch that video at the same time?
