Hi guys, im interessted in buying a resonator guitar. I would like to get a full metal body, as i understand, the sound will be much brighter (also really like the look of of it) than a wooden body. I have to note here that i never played or even saw a resonator guitar. After doing some research, i think of getting a Gretsch Honey Dipper. They got great reviews and the price is right on the limit of what i want to spend.

Does anybody has this guitar? Are there better options than the Gretsch.

Thanks

I was listening to this guitar and compared it the the expensive National dobro and it comes way more short to it then the Gretsch, check it out and it's a little more cheap

Thanks for the tip, looks like a real competitor for the Gretsch
