I used to travel to Charlotte a lot for my job, and it is my favorite city. I knew more waiters/waitresses/bartenders there than I've ever met near my home. I even got the "Norm!" treatment at a couple of places. My job has changed in the past couple of years so very little travel these days. I miss Charlotte and my friends down there!
Anyway, that is beside the point, isn't it? Welcome to GT and good luck with your learning journey. It sounds like you've got the right no-pressure attitude.
