Hi and welcome.

Bb and Bm are not beginner chords. Not by a long shot!

My suggestion is to start at the beginning, with Fundamentals 1 and go through the course. That will build the skills that you will need for those two chords.

i am probably a bit more advanced then beginner

i found the toolbox tab on the site which i found extremely helpful

seem to have the transition to the Bm chord down pat but continue to struggle going from the Bm to the Bb

oh well i guess i need to be patient and practice the fundamentals as you suggested

all the best

You can simplify the chords down to just 3 note triads on the D, G & B strings.

---3------3---------------

---4------3---------------

---4------3---------------

---------------------------

---------------------------

Or if you want the full sound of the chords one of the easiest ways to make that change is to use E-shaped barre chords.

--7------6--------------------

--7------7--------------------

--9------8--------------------

--9------8--------------------

--7------6--------------------

Hope that helps!
