Description

Here's a rock essential: the Overdrive Pedal. It's the pedal that best simulates the sound of an amplifier that is pushing its tubes to the point of breakup.

This is the sound of rock. Why would you use a pedal instead of an amplifier? The pedal allows you to get the overdriven sound without having to turn your amp way up to push the tubes with the power necessary to get overdrive. You can also use the pedal to get the sound of an overdriven tube amp when you have a solid state amp. Another great function of this pedal is to use it as a boost to your naturally overdriven amp.

Assess what you need as a player when looking at how to use this pedal. There's only one guarantee with it: you'll rock when you use it.
