Now we're back to full distortion on your quadruple rectifiers for these next parts! The pre-chorus begins with a couple thick strums on the Ab chord (b6 chord in the scale) followed by some rhythmic "chixx" that mirror the vocal line. The last chord is the b7 which is always a classic way to lead into the 1 chord for the start of the chorus.

The chorus features 2 guitar parts that are very similar to the intro, only with full distortion this time. Guitar 1 is playing full, thick barre chords (remember that in drop C tuning, your single finger barring the chord is all you need here) with full-out strumming. Guitar 2 is doing a variation of the octave figure from the intro that mirrors the chorus vocal line.
