Now we are ready to check out the third part of "Come As You Are;" the chorus section that takes the dynamics up a notch. This is where you kick on the distortion pedal along with your already cool sounding chorus effect. Here are some key points to help you play this part of the song:

1. The chords we are playing in this section are Bsus4 and Dsus2.

2. Both chords are played using the same rhythm, focusing on hitting on beats 1, 2 and than moving to eighth notes on beats 3 and 4.

3. This is the first part of the song where you will kick on your distortion pedal with the gain pretty high to make the sound huge and washy with your chorus pedal.

4. You will hear this section played twice in the song, following the second chorus and guitar solo. The first time through is played four times, while the second chorus is heard six times.

5. This part is doubled with both the clean guitar and the distorted guitar both times to create a nice blend of the two tones.
