We'll be playing a pretty standard 12 bar blues in the key of F, starting with the I chord, F. Then we're gonna go to the IV chord, Bb, then back to F. Then up to the V chord, C, then down to Bb, and the most common turnaround: one bar of F, and one bar of C.

We'll be voicing these as major chords but the emphasis sounds more like a power chord, but every once in a while you'll hear the third in there, especially on the Bb.

It's a kind of sloppy hybrid between alternate strumming and down strokes; notice that there's a bit of palm mute happening very once in a while, too.
