In this lesson we will using shred sweeps in a bluesy manner. Basically I modify a major chord sweep to play the minor 7th note of the chord on the top, then bend that top note up to the 1st scale degree. So I am creating a dominant 7th sound on each chord. I play one in E, A and B, making the three chords I will need in a 12 bar blues, I-IV-V progression.
