Next we are going to learn how to play the acoustic guitar part that you hear in the choruses of our song. We will be playing a mixture of four on the floor grooves along with our eighth note strumming that we learned in our last lesson. Here's a couple key points:

1. The chords in the eight bar choruses are G, D, and Emi. G and D are played as barre chords, while Emi is an open chord. You will play G and D as short quarter notes, while with Emi you will be playing the same strum pattern we used during the pre-choruses.

2. The first chorus will just be played just once through, while the second and third choruses will be played back to back.
