The guitar solo in our song is 20 bars total, so I have split it up into two lessons. We start things off with a four bar interlude section, which is similar to what we played in one of our previous lessons. The solo starts hear with some low strings ringing, along with some hammer ons and pull offs. After that section, we are off into the next eight bars where will play a repeating motif that takes us off into the main solo, which we will look at the in the next lesson.

We start off with our low strings ringing for nearly two bars, and then we will come in for two bars of hammer-ons and pull-offs from C to D on our A string. This part comes in on the "e" of bar three of the second measure, and you will continue doing these hammer-ons until the end of the fourth bar.

The first half of of the next eight bars is spent doing a build, outlining a Dmi chord. It's different every bar so pay attention to those little details as it can sound deceptively simple.

For the last four bars, we are going to to continue to build on that D minor arpeggio using our quick sixteenths from before and then working our way up into some two note voicings on the G and B strings.

Lastly, during the single guitar play a long at the end of our tutorial; I will be playing our main motif four times throughout the main section. For the first four bars, I will let the low strings ring and then I will go into the main riff played four times.
