First thing we are going to cover is the slide guitar melodies played by Guitar #3, our acoustic guitar. This four bar section features Guitar #1 playing rhythm, and our acoustic slide playing is front and center.

The chords we are playing around are Emi7(b5) and C7. This is an interesting progression that allows for us to play some really cool notes to follow the chord changes. We have four licks being played during this section, the first playing some notes and extensions of our Emi7(b5) chord. These notes are G, F#, and D.

Our next lick fully utilizes are altered tuning, making it so we can play a G major chord with our slide and move around more fluidly. This riff starts off with a slide all the way up the D and B and strings.

Next we will move on to starting the next line on the same 12th fret, with which we will highlight that Bb to ring out into our last riff by moving down a half step on the B string.

Lastly, we will start on G and play an ascending melody up to the Bb before resolving over the Emi7(b5) chord. Our melody will move from G, to A, to Bb and then resolve up to B and D on the B and D strings.
