Description
The verse is a classic I IV V blues progression, but spread over 16 bars. We'll use a classic blues shuffle rhythm, played wide open using open position power chord shapes. Get tight with the rhythm section's groove while keeping your strums steady and relaxed.
Note the extra 4 bars on the A chord (I chord) at the top of the verse, a unique choice. The move to the E chord uses a single note walkup line to add some spice, while the turnaround features a blazing single note riff that is a blast to dig into!
