Description
In this lesson, we'll take a close up look at the similarities and differences between a 12-string guitar, and a 6-string guitar. For the most part, you can do anything on the 12-string that you would do on a 6-string. The sound, however, is far more full.
Playing the 12-string guitar is a little more work for the left hand because you are pressing down two strings at a time with each finger. Right hand technique must be slightly altered so as to take it the fact that you are striking or plucking two strings at once, rather than just one.
