good point I never thought of pronounciation misunderstandings its Y-eb-boe-la, just a word I coined for the style of guitar I play and teach to my students, think Myles Davis's Silent Way, the way he played the horn on that album; very meditative- and the was only a few tracks but long so the mood could build slowly, also the guitar was excellent on that album. Now that album has Yeboela.

I,ve alwasy used breathing techniques a form of yoga,
to get my guitar students to relax plus its good for singers.(Its called belly breathing)
What your doing is breathing through your nose and not,
your mouth then when you breath in your belly will,
rise,then exhale slowly.
Most poeple when they take in a deep breath thier chest,
rise's and not thier belly this is wrong.
If you take in a deep breath slowly through your nose ,
then exhale this would be correct.
If you watch an infant or baby breath you will see thier belly rise when they take in air.
This is good for the lower part of your lungs.
Mark
P:S Note:You can also humm=mantra when you exhale some poeple could get dizzy doing this!(Hi Chris

Hi Chris
I'm finaly back to teaching guitar and wood-shedding,
in between students.(Plus unwinding from the band and,
trying to relax.
At least i'm giving my shoulder a rest from holding ,
the guitar for 4 hours a nite, the last few weeks.
