Which lesson or lessons do you recommend for developing speed when playing lead?

I highly recommend Ben Lindholm's "Speed Building" tutorial. Ben covers all the bases here and suggests a practice regiment to methodically improve your speed.

Christopher Schlegel also has a few great lessons for speed building that teach you some cool licks as well.
