Venston basses I heard one and thought the tone was about as good as a bass could put out. It was fretless and doctored a bit but sounded great anyone heard of that company>

Well, I'm not really a bass guy. I have heard of the company, but I don't really feel qualified to say whether their tone is any good, because I don't listen to enough basses.

On basses i see in Guitarist magazine

(is there a Bassist maagazine and should there be?? :confused: )

that the Ibanez Ergodyne has a very interesting looking bridge [physically/dyanamically and design wise i mean, not the fact that they're piezos].

..it's called a mono rail. Anyone used these or seen the bridges on anything else?.

Should we be in the gear section :eek:?
