I like your presentation of the song. As I see,it has 4 pages of breakdown of chord patterns and 2 pages of the entire song being played.
I would like to make two suggestions,if I may,from a learner's perspective.
1. It may not be bad idea to teach those 4 pages with reference to part of the song where those chords have been applied. Right now all we see is the chord changes without a frame of reference. May be a few more pages may be added. Some instructors do that which is very helpful.
2. A full lyric sheet with chord changes inserted. I know there are too many chords but at least the principal chords inserted will help.
