Hi folks. I am an intermediate player and i want to start getting serious about guitar after a 20 year layoff.

Any pointers on this? Should i be working through the either the blues or route while at the same time practicing scales and choosing a song to work on, or should i just get through the lessons before the songs?

Any tips would be helpful.

Thanks,

Aaron

Hey there AaroninDC,

If you've already got some experience, I think the best way to learn is with songs. that's how it is for me.

Glad you're part of the forums and looking forward to hear from you again!
