My Sharona Interlude, discreapancy in strings for a chord, please clarify

Hi Mike, the  second cord in of the Interlude of 'My Sharona' is G.  Mike says to hold certain strings the top one being A (1:50 in) and the notations have different strings the top one being D.

Please let me know what strings for the G cord.

Hi Ron! The notation is correct. The G chord should be: 5th fret (D string), 4th fret (G string), 3rd fret (B string), 3rd fret (high E string).
