Just signed up with Guitar Tricks. 'Played' guitar nearly 30 years ago, but without any real discipline and nobody in my general group interested in playing or jamming, so almost certainly lots of bad or sloppy habits and techniques. Got all the basic and a few advanced chord shapes and could move relatively fluidly between them, but never really practiced technique. Never used a metronome, things like that. Sloppy.
Mid-life crisis time. decided that I wanted to learn properly and in an actual structured and disciplined way so here I am. End goal is to get to a level where I'm comfortable and confident to be able to seek other old geezers to jam with.
