Description
The first verse establishes the 12 bar form with some iconic riffs and licks. This is a standard 12 bar form using E, A, and B7 chords in open position. The fingerstyle approach allows you to use your thumb to groove on the low open E string, while grabbing the melodic notes and chords on the higher strings with your other fingers.
