Description

Rather than the standard 12 bar form, in this blues we're going to use an 8 bar form. We'll use 4 chords, 2 measures each. And instead of the standard I-IV-V progression, we're going to use these chords.

C7 (I) 2 bars
A7 (V of II) 2 bars
D7 (V of V) 2 bars
G7 (V) 2 bars

It has a jazzy quality to it because of the circle of fifths motion. We'll also add some rhythmic anticipations. And some fancy dominant 9th chords that don't use the root!
