Description
A semi-hollowbody electric guitar is the authentic choice to play this tune. Choose the bridge pickup for more bite and clarity.
As far as amps go, any small Fender style tube combo amplifier is a perfect choice. Setup the amp for a clean sound. Set the Drive to 40%, Bass to 45%, Mid to 55%, Treble to 60%, and Presence to 65%. Add some reverb to both guitars for depth.
I used a 10-46 string gage, with a heavy pick so I can dig into the rhythms and leads.
Here are the settings I used:
Fender Deluxe Model:
Drive: 40% Bass: 45% Mid: 55% Treb: 60% Presence: 65%
Spring Reverb:
WetDryMIX: 35%
