Description

The verse section features the main riff plus a cool lick. Once again, the capo placed on the first fret allows us to play the riff using open chord shapes. The main riff is played all throughout the song (twice in the intro to set the tone of the song), and it is played loud and proud, so be sure to dig into it!

The fill that happens at the end of the verse leads us to the chorus nicely. It plays out of the main riff, adding some cool slides and even highlighting the Eb7 going into the chorus.
