String Bending

Description

This position works with an D chord, and by now you should be getting pretty good at whole step bends.

Bend the 2nd string in the 8th fret, from the G note to sound like the A note in the 10th fret.

Play the 2nd string with a pick, and then bend it. After releasing the bend, play the F note in the 6th fret. Then you play the root note of the scale, in the 7th fret on the 3rd string.

The note in the 8th fret on the 2nd string is a G note, which is the 4th note in the D scale. Here you're bending the 4th note up to the 5th note in the scale, and in this one that's an A.
